Opened in 1972 by the Martinez family, El Salmón is a well loved restaurant in Palma Nova, Mallorca, specialising in fish and seafood. Located just metres from the beach, in the heart of the popular resort of Palma Nova, El Salmón is a traditionally styled fish and seafood restaurant. The atmosphere is a real family one, friendly and welcoming and you can tell that many diners are regular customers. Chef Tato takes pride in his menu, where each dish is cooked to perfection and presented with care. The paellas are legendary as are dishes such as salmon with almond sauce, lobster thermidor and Sole “Walewska” with prawns. If you fancy a real taste of the sea, try the superb “Parrillada de mariscos”, a wonderful mixed seafood grill featuring the freshest and tastiest catches of the day.
