The Café Chinitas restaurant is one of the most famous flamenco restaurants in the world and is a Madrid institution. Set in the grounds of an 18th century mansion house right in the heart of Madrid city centre, this wonderful restaurant epitomises all that is Spanish. Traditional décor in reds and blacks representing the bullfight and portraits of famous bull fighters set the scene. We had a fantastic night at Café de Chinitas. The food was of a very high standard, as was the service, but it was the live Flamenco that really made our night one to remember. This is an experience not to be missed if you're in Madrid.
