Bistro Red combines traditional British dishes with international flavours to create an exciting menu well worth trying

Bistro Red, a modern and creative International restaurant, opened its doors to the diners of Manilva, Marbella in 2007 and is proving to be a real winner. Owned and run by Mike and Kerry Lamb, the restaurant is fresh and modern in both décor and cuisine. In true bistro style, there is a daily special blackboard with different delights each day as well as the a la carte menu, which is full of delectable offerings such as slow roasted belly of pork served with caramelized apple, mashed potato flavoured with sage and onion and black pudding or char grilled calves liver set on a bed of grain mustard mash with an onion and port sauce with crispy bacon. The desserts are just as tempting; bread and butter pudding with custard or strawberry millefeuille to name two choices. Although only open for a short time, Bistro Red is proving to be a hit amongst the diners of Marbella for its original menu and laid back, relaxed atmosphere.
