Dating back 500 years, Read’s Hotel & Spa has been lovingly restored to its former glory and is now a luxury retreat for nature and art lovers, with its stunning gardens. Bistro 33 is a beautiful dining room where guests can enjoy delicious dishes taking inspiration form all over the world. Start with something like a chilled watermelon soup with cerviche and tequila or Thai chicken satay with lemongrass and peanut chilli dip followed by a tasty fillet of beef with sun dried tomato risotto or succulent lamb cutlets with cous cous.
