Owned by young Mallorcan restauratuer Miguel Bosch, Baixamar is one of the best fish and seafood restaurants in the area and much care and attention has gone into maintaining this status. Baixamar specials include mixed fish fry (Mallorcan frito), fish and seafood stew, lobster stew, rabbit with shellfish and mixed seafood paella. During summertime meals are enjoyed on the beautiful terrace with views of the fishing boats, yachts and the sea and in the colder months, a warm and cosy atmosphere is created inside, where local artists display their work and live Jazz music is provided once a week to enhance the proceedings.
