A Tu Gusto- meaning “to your taste” is a new and exciting restaurant recently opened in Valencia by acclaimed Spanish chef Salvador Furio. With years of experience at Michelin star restaurants, Furio decided to go it solo and has introduced a versatile eatery which appeals to both tourists and residents alike with its wide and varied choice of cuisine. Lunchtimes offer a delicious buffet full of fresh salads and pastas whilst evenings play host to some pretty amazing innovative Modern European cuisine with some Asian touches. Scallops with roasted beet vinaigrette and Chinese noodles, lobster gazpacho and strawberries perfumed with basil, grilled foie gras with passion fruit and caramelized figs or dessert of foam yoghurt with red fruit and liquorice demonstrate the creative skills and imagination of the chef. A Tu Gusto is a bright and cheery restaurant with pistachio coloured walls and huge windows where the hustle and bustle of Valencia rushes past making for some great people watching whilst eating.
