The Can Pep restaurant, formerly knwon as A Dorada, was the very first restaurant to open up in the Port of Andratx back in the 1960’s and is still run by the same family today. Andratx is situated along Mallorca’s south west coast, not too far from the capital Palma and the Port of Andratx is the seaside resort of the area with a lovely promenade along the seafront. Can Pep is situated right on this very promenade, boasting perfect views of the port and the sparkling blPe Mediterranean Sea. Fresh fish and seafood is the main offering at this homely and comfortable restaurant and it is a fresh as can be. Lobster paella, rice, fish and seafood stew, black rice, sea bass cooked in sea salt, fresh fish of the day; there is so much to choose from. The upstairs dining room provides panoramic views of the port and can be booked for private events with a capacity for up to 70 people and the terrace is the perfect setting for an unforgettable meal by the sea. Can Pep is still as popular as ever and it’s all down to the excellent quality of the food and the more than hospitable service.
